ADMINISTRATION PROVIDES 3000 DRY RATION PACKETS TO NEEDY AND UNDERPRIVILEGED SECTIONS OF JALANDHAR
(HNI BUREAU)- The Jalandhar district administration today distributed 3000 packets of dry ration among the needy and underprivileged sections of the society amid the curfew imposed to fight Covid-19 pandemic.
Divulging more information, Additional Chief Administrator Jalandhar Development Authority (JDA) Ms Navneet Kaur Bal, who was the supervisory officer of packing and distribution drive of administration, said that 3000 packets were dispatched to various areas of the district.
She also stated that the administration was leaving no stone unturned to ensuring relief to such sections in this hour of crisis.
Ms Bal told that a team of dedicated officers of various departments was permanently deputed for delivering the dry ration amongst the needy and underprivileged sections of society in Jalandhar.
Additional Chief Administrator Jalandhar Development Authority also said that the Punjab government was committed to help the people of the state in this time of crisis.
